In order to maintain a work life balance, we require an annual minimum of 1680 billable hours. This minimum requirement allows our attorneys to enjoy activities outside of the office without the pressures of meeting high hourly billing standards.

Rather then receiving bonuses for meeting certain billing requirements, our attorneys are compensated for every hour that they bill.
