Summary
Ms. Murphy focuses her practice on intellectual property matters with expertise in the mechanical arts and particularly in the areas of thermodynamic and fluid flow applications. She focuses mainly on patent application preparation, prosecution, and appeals. Cindy also does significant work in preparation of patent infringement, validity, and right-to-market opinions.
Ms. Murphy is especially experienced in international patent procurement and global intellectual property protection. She has prepared and prosecuted a multitude of PCT patent applications and counsels clients on cost effective foreign filing strategies.
The wide variety of technical areas in which Ms. Murphy has obtained domestic and foreign patent protection for clients includes: military defense systems, aerospace-compatible constructions, adhesive fasteners, fluid coating equipment, valve and filter assemblies, hydraulic motors and
children's educational toys.
