Biography

Kayla Stephens is a Patent Attorney with over 5 years of engineering experience. Prior to joining Renner Otto in 2022, Kayla worked for nearly 4 years as an engineer at a Fortune 250 company. She has significant experience in plastic and rubber hose design and manufacturing for an expansive array of applications. In addition, Kayla has varied engineering internship experiences in rubber compounding, plastic technologies, welding consumables, and ceramic casting cores.

Kayla has both a B.S. and an M.S. in Chemical Engineering from Cleveland State University. She graduated from The University of Akron School of Law in 2023.
