About Michael

Michael works with domestic and international clients in preparing and prosecuting patent applications, and in rendering opinions pertaining to patent infringement and validity, freedom-to-market, and due-diligence.

Michael has represented clients in patent matters involving technology areas such as electrochemistry, chemical analysis, chemical reactors, adhesives, coatings, aerogels, and packaging materials. He also has extensive experience in the semiconductor arts, and has handled patent matters involving a variety of technologies in the mechanical and electrical arts.

Michael joined the firm in 2007. Before beginning his legal career, Michael held multiple chemical engineering internship positions in the paint and coatings industry.
