Summary
Dr. Boisselle is a partner in the firm’s Chemical Practice Group. Dr. Boisselle joined the firm in 1971 and became a partner in 1974. Prior to attending law school, he was employed as a research chemist for the Lubrizol Corporation. Dr. Boisselle subsequently became an in-house patent attorney for Lubrizol.

Dr. Boisselle’s practice is focused primarily in the areas of patent procurement and counseling to clients in matters of intellectual property law such as patentability, infringement, freedom to market and validity. Dr. Boisselle has extensive knowledge of and experience with materials such as polymers, polymer coatings and films, textiles, lubricants, lubricant additives, adhesives, rubbers, composites, and materials used in various metal treatments and coatings.

Dr. Boisselle has been named an Ohio Super Lawyer by Law & Politics. Dr. Boisselle also served as a councilman for the Village of Timberlake, Ohio from 1963-1966.

Dr. Boisselle has been selected for inclusion in the 2006 edition of The Best Lawyers in America, a distinguished group of attorneys who have been listed in Best Lawyers for ten years or longer.
