Summary
Mr. Bulson is closely involved in the development, procurement, maintenance, licensing and enforcement of extensive worldwide intellectual property portfolios for the firm's clients, dealing with subject matter primarily in the mechanical, electrical and computer arts. He deals with patent, trademark, copyright and design matters around the world and oversees opposition and enforcement proceedings in several different countries, particularly the U.S. and in Europe.

In his early years with the firm, Mr. Bulson was a member of the firm's Intellectual Property Litigation Team. Among other things, he co-authored the prevailing briefs in the often cited opinion of the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit in KSM Fastening Sys., Inc. v. H.A. Jones Co., Inc., 776 F.2d 1522 (Fed. Cir. 1985), which resolved a conflict among the circuits on the issue of contempt of court.

Mr. Bulson has been named an Ohio Super Lawyer by Law & Politics.
