Summary
Mr. Clunk began as a law clerk with the firm in 2007 and returned in 2008 as an associate. He represents and counsels clients of all sizes on patent application preparation, prosecution, and appeals dealing with subject matter primarily in the mechanical, electrical and computer arts. He also attends to issues dealing with design patent applications and trademark applications.

While attending the University of Dayton School of Law, Mr. Clunk was a member of the Dayton Law Review. Additionally, he received an award for excellence in Business Organizations and graduated with honors in the Technology Track.
