Summary
Mr. Drasner is a member of the firm’s Intellectual Property Litigation Team. His experience combines private practice and federal court service. Mr. Drasner served as the Career Law Clerk to the Honorable John M. Manos of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio. His multi-year clerkship afforded him a vast experience in broad-based federal substantive and procedural law. Prior to the clerkship, Mr. Drasner was a member of the intellectual property group of a large Cleveland law firm, where he focused on patent and other intellectual property litigation.

In addition to his litigation experience, Mr. Drasner counsels clients on the development and enforcement of their worldwide intellectual property portfolios, focusing primarily on the electro-mechanical and biomedical arts. His experience includes patent prosecution and general IP counseling.
