Summary
Mr. Gingo began as a law clerk with the firm in 2007 and returned in 2008 as an associate. As a member of the firm’s Trial Practice Group, his main focus is on litigation at the pre-trial, trial and appellate levels, although Mr. Gingo’s work also includes both utility and design patent application preparation and prosecution.
Mr. Gingo graduated with honors from the Chicago-Kent College of Law with a Certificate in Intellectual Property Law. While attending Chicago-Kent, he was the author or co-author on papers published in the Texas Intellectual Property Law Journal and Loyola University Chicago’s Annals of Health Law. Mr. Gingo also received awards for excellence in Professional Responsibility and Remedies and earned a Certificate of Distinction in Strategies in Intellectual Property Law.
Prior to attending law school, Mr. Gingo performed failure analysis in the materials group of an Akron- area aerospace company as an intern.
