Summary
Mr. Ling joined the firm in 2003. He is registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and assists clients in matters involving all types of intellectual property: patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, and unfair competition. He focuses mainly on patent application preparation and prosecution, and on the filing and prosecution of trademark applications. He also does significant work in preparation of patent infringement, validity, and right-to-market opinions, and in counseling clients in various matters related to intellectual property.
Mr. Ling graduated from Case Western Reserve University School of Law in 2003. He received his Bachelor’s of Science in Engineering from the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor in 2000.
