Summary
Mr. Wendolowski began as a law clerk with the firm in 2007 and returned in 2008 as an associate. As a member of the firm’s Chemical Practice Group, his main focus is on patent preparation, prosecution and appeals. He also does work in preparing patent infringement, validity, patentability, and freedom-to-market opinions. In addition, he has handled matters involving a variety of technologies in the mechanical and electrical arts.
Before beginning his legal career, Mr. Wendolowski held multiple chemical engineering internship positions in the paint and coatings industry. His duties included research and development and quality control.
