Biography

Kayla Stephens is a Patent Agent with over 5 years of engineering experience. Prior to joining Renner Otto, Kayla worked for nearly 4 years as an engineer at a Fortune 250 company. She has significant experience in plastic and rubber hose design and manufacturing for an expansive array of applications. In addition, Kayla has varied engineering internship experiences in rubber compounding, plastic technologies, welding consumables, and ceramic casting cores.

 Kayla has both a B.S. and an M.S. in Chemical Engineering from Cleveland State University. She currently attends The University of Akron School of Law, where she is a J.D. Candidate.
