Renner Otto Named One of Ohio’s Best Employers for 2026

The intellectual property law firm of Renner Otto has once again been recognized by Crain’s Cleveland Business as one of Ohio’s Best Employers, ranking No. 6 in 2026. This continued recognition reflects the firm’s commitment to creating a workplace where employees can grow, contribute, and thrive.

By investing in our team and cultivating a culture built on engagement, collaboration, and innovation, we create a stronger employee experience that translates into exceptional service and value for our clients. Crain’s Best Places to Work in Ohio recognizes organizations that demonstrate an outstanding commitment to their employees and workplace culture, acknowledging the important connection between an engaged workforce, a successful organization, and a positive client experience.

To be considered for Crain’s Best Places to Work program, organizations must have been in business for at least one year and employ a minimum of 25 people in Ohio. Best Companies Group, an independent workplace excellence research firm based in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, evaluates participating organizations through a two part assessment.

Employers first complete a questionnaire covering benefits, policies, practices, and other organizational information. Employees then complete a confidential 77 question survey evaluating their workplace experience and culture. Data for the 2026 program was collected in June, and employee feedback accounts for 75% of the overall score.

Best Companies Group combines and analyzes the results to determine which organizations meet its standard of excellence and earn recognition as a Best Place to Work in Ohio.

Renner Otto extends our sincere gratitude to our exceptional team of professionals whose talent, dedication, and contributions make this recognition possible. We also congratulate all of the outstanding organizations with whom we are proud to share this distinction.
