Biography

With over twenty years in practice, Rita Kline is known in her industry as a seasoned and highly respected trademark attorney. Providing the highest level of client-satisfaction and tailored legal solutions, she represents a wide-range of businesses, counseling them on all aspects of trademark issues, both domestically and abroad, leveraging her vast international network of experienced foreign firms.

She has extensive experience providing guidance and customized strategies on a variety of complex trademark issues, including domain name disputes, copyright issues, and structuring or negotiating agreements related to sale or acquisition, coexistence, settlement, and licensing of trademarks and copyrights. An expert collaborator, she often works closely with clients’ advertising and marketing departments, advising on all aspects of trademarks, helping them enforce and protect their brands. She also often provides customized strategies to help her clients combat dilution, and ensure their brands stay strong and valuable.
