Renner Otto Recognized as One of Crain’s Best Places to Work in Ohio for a 4th Consecutive Year
Renner Otto, a leading intellectual property law firm, is proud to announce that it has been named one of Cleveland Crain’s Best Places to Work (f/k/a Best Employers) for a fourth consecutive year. This recognition underscores the firm’s ongoing commitment to fostering an outstanding workplace environment and culture.
“We are honored to once again be recognized as one of Ohio’s Best Places to Work,” said Luis Carrion, Managing Partner at Renner Otto. “At Renner Otto, we believe that good people make for a good workplace. This award reflects the dedication and contributions of our team, whose hard work and professionalism drive the success of our firm every day.”
Cleveland Crain’s 2025 Best Places to Work nomination and award process, administered in partnership with Workforce Research Group, highlights organizations across the state that excel in employee satisfaction, workplace culture, and organizational practices. To qualify, participating companies must be publicly or privately held, operate in a physical location in Ohio, and employ at least 15 team members.
The selection process involves a comprehensive evaluation of each company’s workplace policies, practices, and demographics, which accounts for approximately 20 percent of the overall assessment. The remaining 80 percent is based on employee surveys designed to measure workplace experience, satisfaction, and engagement. Workforce Research Group oversees the survey process and analyzes the results to determine the final rankings.
Renner Otto congratulates all the exceptional organizations recognized as part of the 2025 Best Places to Work list.
